CANCELLATION POLICY
If the writing communication of cancellation doesn't arrive in the quoted terms in the booking confirmation ( voucher ), the customer engages to pay as penalty the amount equal to the cost of one night. Therefore the customer authorizes to debit on his own credit card the above described amount or to keep the sent share equal to the cost of one night.
In case of no presentation ( no show ):
If no communication of cancellation is received with consequent no presentation at the B&B for the guest's part, this engages to pay as penalty the share equal to the cost of one night.

Are excluded from the above policy rooms booked in these periods: Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Labour day (May 1st) , November 1st, Feast of the Assumption (August 15th). For the above vacation days your reservation must be cancelled at least 10 days before your arrival day. In this case your credit card won't be charged. If your cancellation won't be communicated at least 10 days before your arrival day, you will have to pay the total amount of your reservation.
Your credit card details will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will be paid directly at the hotel on spot. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival and to charge a deposit amount ONLY if stated in the Hotel’s cancellation policy area.
